Join us for a gentle, low-intensity workout class designed with postpartum moms in mind. Bring your baby along and enjoy a welcoming, judgment-free space where movement meets motherhood. Whether your little one wants to stay in the stroller, cuddle in your arms, play nearby, or needs a feeding or diaper break, you are always welcome here.
No pressure, no perfect timing, and no stress if you arrive late or need to step away for a crying baby. This class is all about supporting moms through light movement, connection, and community at your own pace. Suitable for all fitness levels, including postpartum beginners.
This is not a weight-loss focused class, but rather a gentle transition back into movement — helping moms rebuild strength, confidence, and connection with their bodies in a supportive environment.
(Must be at least 6weeks postpartum and have been cleared by a doctor)
